Free Friday Drum Jam

Our signature recurring event, happening every week

Fridays 7 - 9PM - no reservation required

All ages and abilities



Everyone is invited to try out the instruments, learn from one another, and just jam out! Always different and always fun, we get everyone playing together in just a few minutes. Come and learn something new every Friday night!

The only jam of its kind in West Kendall! Join us on stage or in the audience. Open to all levels and styles. We play everything from Jazz to Rock, hosted by some of Miami's best musicians.

Grab your picnic blankets (and wear your St. Patrick's Day green) for this fun-filled family day! The afternoon will feature garden-inspired crafting with artist Lucia Morales, the creation of miniature habitat scenes with art therapist Sarah Laing, Sound Bingo with Nature guide-in-residence Karina Del Punta, the Spring Artisan Market, and drumming with South Florida Center for Percussive Arts.

Join us for a drumming activity at Picnic de Libros, a bilingual, family day program featuring storytelling, theatre, music, arts and crafts, dance, and picnic baskets full of books, for families to enjoy together. The event is free, and its main goal is to expose kids to the richness and variety of the cultural traditions in our diverse community. These gatherings will tickle children’s curiosity while using the power of stories to bring people together, promoting literacy, and nurturing the next generation of engaged world citizens.
